DEXIS Imaging is seeking a Regional Technical Specialist to be the front line of customer interaction through daily service and support. You will travel to customer sites across your assigned territory, providing professional field technical support and consultation that supplements product sales growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of higher education or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• 3+ years of advanced troubleshooting in a field-based environment.
• 3+ years’ experience with troubleshooting and resolution of Windows operating system permissions, hardware peripherals, databases, and networks.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Territory development with the Territory Sales Manager.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and present service offerings.
• Identify, own, and resolve issues with accounts per escalation procedures.
• Serve as the point of escalation for troubleshooting and support dealers for service and installs.
• Deliver billable service work and manage pipeline of future opportunities through engagement and follow-up.
