You will own relationships, ensure regional adoption of tooling and frameworks, and act as a feedback channel to influence what is built next. You’ll combine relationship-building, orchestration, and influence to land innovations with practitioners who need them most.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
• 7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
• 5+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• Experience in leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationships with geographic leaders, delivery leaders, and key stakeholders across 1-2 assigned regions, serving as their primary point of contact for all delivery acceleration initiatives.
• Cascade programs, frameworks, and best practices into your regions with clarity and context - translating global strategy into language and actions that resonate locally.
• Collect and channel field feedback, adoption blockers, and innovation signals back to inform product direction and program iteration.
• Orchestrate cross-functional coordination so your regions receive enablement, champion network support, user acceptance testing, and technical intake services.
• Partner with our enablement organization to identify knowledge gaps in the field and develop training content that meets real practitioner needs.
