Job summary
JCB North America seeks a Vice President, Distribution Development, North America to lead dealer growth and network expansion across the United States and Canada. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in related industries.
- Experience leading dealer development and acquisitions.
- Ability to travel extensively across North America.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute North American dealer development strategy.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new dealer partners in strategic markets.
- Lead dealer acquisitions and greenfield expansion initiatives.
- Drive profitability and customer satisfaction across company-owned locations.
- Lead 32-person team; develop succession plans and leadership pipelines.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to align strategy across functions.
