Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting experience, or experience related IT.
• 2+ years of computer layer 1/2 networking (including troubleshooting and repair) experience.
• Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install and diagnose server hardware, troubleshoot components to maintain service availability.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders and coordinate with engineers.
• Participate in on-call rotations and scheduled maintenance.
• Document issues and contribute to process improvements and onboarding.
