Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Regional Services Sales Manager (Datacenter) in North America, ideally based in Dallas/Central-West US. The role leads GTM strategy and regional execution for data center services across multiple countries, ensuring aligned, high‑impact delivery.

You will shape regional plans, manage multi-country accounts, and drive pipeline development while collaborating with global segments to maximize service value and reliability.

Qualifications

• Work authorization to work in the United States.
• 10+ years of sales, account management, or service leadership experience in energy or data center infrastructure.
• Experience negotiating complex service contracts and managing strategic customer engagements.
• Understanding of electricity infrastructure, digital lifecycle services, and data center operations.
• Ability to work across cross-functional and cross-country teams in a matrixed organization.
• Clear communication, project management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; additional North American languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel across North America for customer and internal engagement.

Responsibilities

• Translate global data center service strategies into regional execution plans across North America.
• Negotiate and close major service frame agreements with key data center customers.
• Build and manage a collaborative regional sales network for cross-country coordination.
• Coach regional teams to grow capabilities in service selling and strategic account management.
• Represent North America in global segment forums to align priorities with global account strategies.
• Manage multi-country accounts as unified entities while supporting localized execution.
• Drive customer engagement plans and long-term relationships with hyperscale and enterprise customers.
• Oversee pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and budget adherence across the data center service segment.
