Job summary

Clean Harbors, Inc. seeks a General Manager for Data Center Services who will own the profit and loss performance and ensure safe, compliant delivery of industrial and environmental services to data center customers within an assigned territory.

The role oversees multiple branches and facilities, driving financial results, staffing, and strategic execution in alignment with company objectives. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Environmental Science or related field preferred.
• 7-10 years' relevant experience; alternative combinations may be accepted.
• P&L management and budgeting experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall leadership and accountability for profitability, safety, and compliance of multiple locations within an assigned region.
• Oversees regional profit and loss, budgets, and capital expenditures.
• Manages staffing, workforce planning, and performance across sites.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate policies.
• Develops and executes growth strategies with Sales and Operations teams.
