Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Operations Management Senior Manager to oversee business operations, governance, and financial performance for a large region or high-profile data center portfolio. You will coordinate staff, compliance, and cross-functional operations to support mission-critical goals and align infrastructure strategy with business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant operations management experience.

Responsibilities

• Regional & Technical Team Leadership: supervise regional operations staff, recruit, hire, and cross-train.
• Financial & Portfolio Metrics: prepare reports on data center revenue, OpEx/CapEx, and forecasting.
• Compliance & Governance: ensure adherence to policy, licensing, regulations, and energy guidelines.
• Data Integrity & Systems Management: drive data clean-up and governance for operations data.
• Operational Best Practices: collaborate with national teams to scale best practices across portfolio.
• Process Development: create and deploy training programs and SOPs for regional rollout.
• Cross-Discipline Integration: align operations with engineering, IT hardware, and client stakeholders.
• Complex Problem Solving: address high-stakes operational and technical challenges.
• Continuous Improvement: optimize methods and SLAs in data center management.
• CBRE RISE Values: lead by example and influence teams and clients to adopt new processes.
