Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations Management to oversee regional data-center operations, governance, and financial performance. You will mentor regional teams, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

You will lead forecasting, reporting, and process improvements to optimize OpEx/CapEx while aligning with strategic business goals for mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–8 years of related operations management experience.
• Experience in data centers, critical infrastructure portfolios, telecom, or large industrial real estate.
• Strong communication and strategic leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations, governance, and financial performance for a data center portfolio.
• Provide supervision, mentoring, and performance coaching to regional teams.
• Prepare reports on data center revenue, OpEx/CapEx, and key business metrics.
• Direct monthly forecasting and deliver strategic recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing, and energy regulations.
• Develop and execute training programs and standard operating processes.
