Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in industrial real estate, infrastructure and development space.
• Proven track record of delivering large scale multi-party deals resulting in data center capacity delivery.
• 8+ years experience managing regional programs and organizations.
• Proven commercial leadership and negotiation on complex multi-variable deals for land, energy, and third party capacity.
• Proven track record of delivering large capital projects with complex structures.
• Experience opening new markets and channels for data center capacity delivery.
• Strategic thinker with experience influencing high level stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead the regional development program including identifying and structuring development opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, construction, network, and legal to plan capacity targets.
• Guide strategic approach to developing new capacity while mitigating risk.
• Own data center site selection and development within a defined North America region.
• Deliver cost-effective capacity with flexibility and optionality.
• Represent Meta in meetings with executives, suppliers, governments, and regulators.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor staff with strong career development.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed (25%+).
