Qualifications

• 15+ years in industrial real estate, infrastructure and development
• Proven track record delivering large-scale multi-party deals for data center capacity
• Experience managing regional programs and organizations
• Commercial leadership and negotiation on multi-variable deals
• Experience delivering large capital projects with complex structures
• Vision for opening new markets and channels for data center capacity
• Strategic thinker with ability to influence high-level stakeholders
• Analytical problem-solving in fast-paced environments
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proven leadership and team scaling experience
• Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead the regional development program including identification and commercial structuring of opportunities
• Collaborate with design, engineering, construction, network, and legal to execute capacity targets
• Guide strategic approach to developing new capacity while mitigating risk
• Accountable for data center site selection and development in NA
• Deliver cost effective capacity with flexibility and optionality
• Represent Meta to suppliers, governments, regulators, and stakeholders
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor internal staff, ensure learning and career development
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed (25%+)
