The role requires 15+ years in industrial real estate and a proven track record delivering multi-party capacity deals, with strong leadership and stakeholder influence. Travel 25%+ is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in industrial real estate, infrastructure and development space.
• 8+ years experience managing regional programs and organizations.
• Proven leadership in multi‑party deals delivering data center capacity.
• Experience negotiating complex multi-variable deals involving land, energy, and capacity.
• Track record of delivering large capital projects with complex structures.
• Ability to open new markets and channels for data center capacity delivery.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead the regional development program to enable data center capacity growth.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, construction, network and legal for strategic plans.
• Guide teams on developing new capacity while mitigating risk and ensuring contingencies.
• Own data center site selection and development within North America."
• Deliver cost effective capacity with flexibility and optionality.
• Represent Meta with executives from suppliers, governments, regulators and stakeholders.
• Recruit, onboard and mentor staff; ensure learning and career development.
• Travel 25%+ domestically and internationally as needed.
