Job summary

Clutch Canada is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead cybersecurity and SaaS sales across a defined territory in the Los Angeles area. You’ll own the sales cycle from prospecting to close and build lasting relationships with mid-to-large accounts.

You’ll engage CIOs, CISOs and CTOs, and collaborate with MSSPs, VARs, and other partners to position our solutions as strategic assets while driving revenue growth. Compensation is disclosed and market-aligned.

Qualifications

• Experience in territory sales within cybersecurity, SaaS, or related industries.
• Proven ability to manage sales cycles and engage with decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, or networking solutions.
• Ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with MSSPs, VARs, and other partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in your territory from prospecting to closing and secure deals with mid-to-large accounts.
• Engage with CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs to align cybersecurity and SaaS solutions with business needs.
• Position solutions as integral to customers' long-term success and become a trusted advisor.
• Navigate varied-length sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Leverage sales data and pipeline metrics to refine strategies for ongoing success.
• Collaborate with the sales team and partners to expand market reach.
