Job summary

Waters is seeking a seasoned Customer Success leader to drive the ADx US region across extensive client relationships in a regulated testing environment. You will align with internal teams to deliver a proactive lifecycle experience, manage executive relationships, and pursue opportunities to expand adoption and renewals.

The role emphasizes analytics, strategy, and collaboration with Healthcare Consultants, IT, and Marketing to optimize customer journeys and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree required, Business Management, Marketing, or similar focus.
• 7+ years’ experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Inspire Customer Success Across Lab Automation and define a culture of Customer Success.
• Drive customer relationships from contract signature through full lifecycle.
• Establishes trusted, strategic advisor relationships with assigned customers.
• Proactively handles customer and internal escalation pathways.
• Define operational metrics for customer success and track them.
• Increase customer satisfaction and drive renewal and revenue growth.
