Job summary

Beckhoff Automation USA is hiring a customer support professional to be the face of our brand, handling calls, emails, and order processing. You will build lasting customer relationships and ensure accurate data in our ERP system from our Savage, MN headquarters.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a hybrid on-site work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years college or technical education; college degree desired.
• 3+ years’ administrative or customer support experience in an office environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Code incoming region team emails and maintain an organized region inbox.
• Answer phone calls, respond to email communications and assist with inquiries in a timely manner.
• Update and maintain customer accounts and data in ERP system.
• Prepare product and service performance reports by collecting and analyzing customer data.
• Serve customers with timely and accurate product information and maintain relationships.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and connect with customers.
