Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience working with airlines or Part 135 operators.
• CRM system experience (e.g., Salesforce) and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong customer relationship by understanding client business and regional issues.
• Track maintenance events and report aircraft availability and dispatch reliability.
• Monitor metrics and share insights with internal teams.
• Generate reports on performance, trends, root cause analysis, and recommendations.
