Future Aviation, Inc., a HEICO Corporation Repair Group facility located in Southwest Florida, seeks a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The role emphasizes delivering effective customer service by building relationships with internal and external customers through clear communication.

Key duties include handling inquiries, coordinating with the repair shop and Sales Directors, processing quotes, sales orders, and weekly status reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with industry terminology.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via email or telephone.
• Review customer requirements and relay to relevant departments.
• Interact as liaison between repair shop, customer and Sales Directors.
• Process quotes, approvals, sales orders and exchanges when applicable.
• Enter shipping information and maintain an Excel work order log.
• Provide weekly status reports and participate in production meetings.
• Coordinate with Quality to resolve customer issues.
