Job summary

The Kendall Group in Conshohocken, PA is seeking a Regional Credit Manager to lead our multi-state credit team, oversee risk and collections, and ensure strong governance of credit processes across the region. You will partner with Sales to align onboarding and credit approvals, travel to regional locations, and drive working capital optimization.

• Lead a multi-state credit team with leadership, growth, and mentoring.

• Manage credit risk across the regional customer portfolio, evaluate creditworthiness, establish credit limits, and monitor exposure to mitigate risk.
• Oversee regional collections in line with strategy, prioritize delinquent accounts, direct outreach, and escalations.
• Apply lien statutes, bankruptcy requirements, and sales tax regulations in managing customer accounts and lien processes.
• Improve days sales outstanding (DSO) and reduce aging balances in receivables for the region.
• Balance credit risk with customer and business needs, protecting financial interests while maintaining relationships.
• Prepare reports for management review and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales to streamline customer onboarding and credit processes.
• Travel to regional locations to support sales alignment.
• Ensure adherence to established credit policies, internal controls, and documentation requirements across the region.
