Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking a Regional Credit Manager to lead credit functions for our multi-state operations and a team of Analysts. You will manage credit risk, optimize working capital, and drive governance across divisions while supporting profitable sales growth.

You will oversee collections, apply lien and tax regulations, and collaborate with Sales to streamline onboarding. Travel to regional locations is required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in credit, AR or financial risk management.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong analytical skills and financial judgment.
• Ability to balance risk with sales and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-state credit team of Analysts and Admins.
• Manage credit risk across assigned regional portfolio.
• Oversee regional collections aligned to strategy and escalations.
• Apply lien statutes, bankruptcy rules, and sales tax regulations.
• Improve days sales outstanding and reduce aging balances.
• Collaborate with Sales to streamline onboarding and credit processes.
• Travel to regional locations to support sales alignment.
• Ensure adherence to credit policies and internal controls.
• Prepare periodic management reports on credit performance.
