The role requires a Bachelor's in Business or Finance, 10+ years in commercial credit, and 5+ years in leadership, with experience managing middle-market loan relationships of $10–$100 million.

• Requires 10+ years of Commercial Credit experience with authority for approvals.
• Requires 5+ years in progressive leadership roles.
• Requires 5+ years with middle market loan relationships of $10–$100M.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Commercial Credit Officers, Underwriters, and Analysts.
• Ensure timely underwriting through regular team communication and leadership.
• Analyze cash flow, liquidity, profitability, and leverage to assess credit risk.
• Review loan grades to align with policy definitions and regulations.
• Assist with portfolio management including financial covenants and reviews.
• Support Relationship Managers in structuring loan opportunities and covenants.
• Maintain knowledge of loan policy and lending platforms.
• Participate in pipeline meetings and provide updates to leadership.
• Communicate with Senior RCO and leadership on personnel, pipeline, and risk issues.
