Job summary

TEGNA Inc. is seeking a highly creative and versatile Multi-Market Creative Producer who can independently shoot, write, and edit compelling promotional content for regional marketing.

The role covers concept to final cut across TV, digital, and social formats. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of video production experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in media production, film, communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in video production, including writing, shooting, and editing.
• Proficiency with video production tools (cameras, lighting, sound).
• Advanced skills in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio of marketing commercials.
• Experience with scriptwriting and storytelling for short-form content.
• Excellent visual storytelling and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage full production end-to-end.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media formats.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.

Responsibilities

• Concept development for commercials aligned with brand messaging.
