Job summary

TEGNA is seeking a highly creative Multi-Market Creative Producer who can independently shoot, write, and edit promotional content for regional marketing. You will own end-to-end production from concept to final cut, ensuring alignment with brand messaging across TV, digital, and social platforms.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of video production experience, a strong storytelling eye, and proficiency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in media production, film, or communications (or equivalent).
• 3-5 years of experience in video production, including writing, shooting, and editing.
• Proficiency with cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong portfolio of marketing commercials.

Responsibilities

• Concept development for commercials aligned with brand messaging.
• Write clear, engaging scripts for marketing campaigns.
• Plan and shoot video productions across TV, digital, and social media.
• Edit footage into polished commercials with strong pacing.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and other producers to refine concepts.
• Oversee visual style, color grading, and motion graphics.
• Coordinate post-production, effects, music, and voiceovers.
