Job summary

TEGNA, Inc. is seeking a highly creative Multi-Market Creative Producer who can independently shoot, write, and edit promotional content for regional marketing.

You will handle concepting, scriptwriting, on-site shooting, and post-production to deliver compelling campaigns for multiple markets. The role requires strong storytelling, branding sense, and the ability to manage end-to-end production with tight deadlines and collaboration across regional leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in video production, including writing, shooting, and editing.
• Proficiency with video production tools (cameras, lighting, sound).
• Advanced skills in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality marketing commercials.
• Experience with scriptwriting and storytelling for short-form content.
• Excellent visual storytelling and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage full production end-to-end.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Create concepts for commercials aligned with brand messaging.
• Scriptwriting: Write clear, engaging scripts for marketing spots.
• Video Production (Shooting): Plan and execute shoots across TV, digital, and social.
• Video Editing: Edit footage into polished commercials with proper pacing.
• Field Collaboration: Gather feedback with regional directors and leaders.
• Creative Direction: Oversee visual style, color, and motion graphics.
• Post-Production: Add effects, graphics, music, and voiceovers.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
