Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking a Regional Workforce Development Manager to lead craft training and credentialing across the Midwest region. You will own regional training operations, align with Loenbro University standards, and drive workforce readiness on multiple sites.

You will manage a geographically distributed team of 6–15 Craft Trainers and Assessors, collaborating with Recruiting and Operations to place skilled workers on projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce development or training operations with 2+ years in leadership.
• Construction/industrial environment experience with craft trades.
• Experience training or delivering for craft/technical audiences in field settings.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and remote accountability.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ regionally; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional workforce development and training activities, aligning with centralized standards.
• Adapt centralized content to regional craft, sites, and contexts; develop region-specific training.
• Lead and develop a regional team of 6–15 Craft Trainers and Assessors.
• Partner with Recruiting and Operations to integrate assessments into onboarding and mobilization.
• Maintain regional program documentation, reporting, and skill profiles.
