Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an experienced Regional Workforce Development Manager to lead training operations across the Midwest region. This role heads a distributed team of Craft Trainers and Assessors and aligns regional programs with Loenbro University standards to ensure workforce readiness on job sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in workforce development with field operations experience, and can travel 50%+ to support project needs across Cedar Rapids and surrounding sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce development, training operations, or learning & development with leadership experience.
• Experience in construction/industrial multi-craft environments and field operations.
• Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams and coach remote staff.
• Experience with craft credentialing and assessment processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional workforce development and training aligned with Loenbro University standards.
• Manage regional team of 6–15 Craft Trainers and Assessors across sites and facilities.
• Partner with Recruiting and Operations to integrate assessment results into onboarding and mobilization.
• Track metrics on training completion, assessments, and workforce readiness; manage budget.
