Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce development, training operations, or learning & development.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery and quality of workforce training activities.
• Manage regional team of Craft Trainers and Assessors.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and Operations for effective onboarding.
