Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an experienced Regional Workforce Development Manager to lead training operations across the Midwest region, owning the full spectrum of workforce development and training across assigned sites. This leader will manage a geographically distributed team and ensure readiness, credentialing, and skill development to meet project needs.

Reporting to the Director of Workforce Development, you will drive regional execution, design, and alignment with centralized standards while

Qualifications

5+ years in workforce development or L&D with ≥2 years in leadership.
Experience in construction, industrial, or multi-craft environments.
Experience facilitating training for craft or technical audiences.
Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
Strong relationship-building with field leaders and stakeholders.
Travel 50%+ regionally.
Valid driver’s license.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; LMS/HRIS familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee regional training operations and ensure alignment with Loenbro University standards.
Adapt centralized content to fit regional craft and site needs.
Develop region-specific training content for unique project types.
Ensure consistent training delivery across job sites and facilities.
Accountability for workforce readiness and training outcomes.
Manage a team of 6–15 Craft Trainers and Assessors.
Partner with regional leaders to align training with project timelines.
Track training metrics and manage regional budget.
