Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an experienced Regional Workforce Development Manager to lead training operations across a defined region. You will manage a distributed team of Craft Trainers and Assessors, ensuring adherence to centralized standards while tailoring programs to regional needs.

Reporting to the Director of Workforce Development, the role requires strong stakeholder relationships, operational excellence, and a passion for developing craft talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce development, training operations, or learning & development.
• 2+ years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Construction, industrial, or multi-craft environments familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional training operations and ensure alignment with Loenbro University standards.
• Adapt centrally developed content to fit regional craft mixes and sites.
• Lead regional trainers and assessors, ensuring high-quality delivery across sites.
