Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex interior construction projects for a financial services client, from conception through closeout. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality align with client goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include delivering high-visibility projects on time and within budget, managing relationships with clients, and guiding project teams to peak performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 4–6 years of project management experience in real estate, architecture, or construction.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Bluebeam is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-visibility projects from inception to completion within time and budget.
• Manage stakeholders and maintain clear communication across the project lifecycle.
• Lead project teams and foster collaboration for high performance.
• Develop master schedules, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
• Create detailed budgets and provide accurate cost forecasts.
• Implement robust quality control to meet client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive change.
