Merck & Co. seeks a Growth and Improvement minded Regional Medical Scientific Director (MSL) in Respiratory - COPD to drive scientific exchange, collaboration with Scientific Leaders, and support investigator-initiated research and company-sponsored studies.

The role requires a doctoral degree and at least 3 years of COPD/Respiratory experience, with strong communication skills and ability to travel up to 50% within the Northeast region of the United States.

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, DNP, DO, or MD required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant therapeutic experience, e.g., COPD/Respiratory.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop professional relationships with national and regional SLs for access to approved scientific information.
• Address scientific questions and route inquiries to appropriate resources.
• Identify and discuss investigator sites and potential investigators for trials; support site initiation and enrollment goals.
• Engage in scientific congresses and medical meetings to facilitate data exchange.
