Active Florida Nursing Home Administrator license is required.

Proven track record in improving healthcare service quality, increasing census, and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

Oversee leadership of multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities and ensure quality of care and service.
Create and manage budgets; implement cost-saving initiatives; develop revenue strategies.
Train, supervise, and mentor facility leadership; monitor clinical staffing levels.
Lead business development to grow census; evaluate regional KPIs and P&L; align strategies with leadership.
Recruit, hire, and support Facility Administrators and Regional Administrators; ensure regulatory compliance.
