Job summary

Unity Health Group seeks a Regional Vice President of Operations in the Tampa Bay area to lead multiple skilled nursing facilities. You will oversee budgets, drive cost-saving and revenue strategies, and mentor Executive Directors to achieve high performance and census growth.

Required is a Florida Nursing Home Administrator license with 10+ years of skilled nursing experience and 5+ years in multisite regional leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in skilled nursing operations.
At least 5 years of regional multisite leadership overseeing five or more care centers.
Active Florida Nursing Home Administrator license.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Strong communication and presentation abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Oversight of leadership for multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Develop, manage, and adhere to regional budgets and revenue strategies.
Train and supervise facility leaders; monitor clinical staffing levels.
Drive census growth through business development and market strategy.
Foster workforce development and high employee retention.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; regular site visits.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to expand programs and community presence.
