Job summary

Accela Healthcare is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to provide leadership and oversight across multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. You will partner with facility leaders to drive clinical, financial, and patient care outcomes while upholding regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of multi-facility operational leadership, an active Nursing Home Administrator license, and a proven track record in improving performance, census, and surveys.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of multi-facility operational leadership experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care.
• Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required (multi-state licensure a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and strategic direction to multiple skilled nursing facilities within the assigned region.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations while maintaining high standards of quality care.
• Partner with facility administrators to strengthen clinical, financial, and customer service outcomes.
• Develop and implement performance improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Mentor and support facility leadership teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor key metrics including census, reimbursement, labor management, and survey outcomes.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
