The role demands 5+ years in SNF/LTC facilities, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven multi-site leadership. Travel across Central and East Florida and on-call support are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management experience in SNF or LTC settings.
• Proven multi-site leadership at regional or district level.
• Strong knowledge of life safety codes and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel throughout Central and East Florida and provide on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support facility-level maintenance teams across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, OSHA, NFPA, and life safety regulations.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, vendor contracts, and regional budgets.
• Manage renovations, capital projects, and facility upgrades.
• Provide training, mentorship, and promote accountability among maintenance staff.
• Serve as the regional point of contact during emergencies and coordinate disaster response.
