The position focuses on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance, quality outcomes, and census growth.

The ideal candidate has senior SNF leadership experience, CMS regulations knowledge, multi-facility oversight, and a proven track record of improving outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in Skilled Nursing Facility operations.
• Nursing Home Administrator license preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple facilities.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and state surveys.
• Proven ability to improve operational, clinical, and financial outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Florida-based candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for a portfolio of Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Mentor and develop Facility Administrators and department leaders.
• Monitor quality measures, survey readiness, reimbursement performance.
• Drive census growth and occupancy initiatives.
• Review budgets, labor, and KPIs to improve financial performance.
• Implement improvement plans and best practices.
• Collaborate with clinical and executive leadership.
• Assist with transitions, acquisitions, and integrations.
• Maintain strong facility presence through regular site visits.
