Trane Technologies, a global leader in climate solutions, seeks a Regional Controls and Digital Sales Leader for the Texas Gulf Coast to drive growth across controls, BAS, and AI-enabled offerings for 13 locations. You will align commercial strategy with customer value and lead regional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of strategic selling and growth experience in controls, building automation, digital solutions, or related industries.
• Proven ability to engage building owners, operators, architects, contractors, and engineers.
• Demonstrated success in training, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Ability to lead through influence and structured selling processes.
• Strong business acumen with data management and analysis capabilities.
• Willingness to travel across the Texas Gulf Coast region.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership to a growing sales team focused on new customer acquisition and expansion.
• Lead training, coaching, and development of regional sales talent.
• Drive employee engagement, planning, talent development, and retention across the sales organization.
• Lead and develop the Controls and Digital Portfolio with AI pre-sales resources to strengthen customer engagement.
• Develop and execute regional growth strategies for controls, BAS, and digital solutions using lean principles and data-driven decisions.
• Oversee pipeline rigor, opportunity management, and sales discipline execution across the region.
• Build linkage between controls, BAS, connected solutions, and broader customer strategies.
• Strengthen customer satisfaction by aligning solution delivery with expectations and long-term value realization.
• Lead monthly financial reviews and forecasting processes with accuracy.
