Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading strategic selling with growth in controls, BAS, or digital solutions.
• Experience engaging with building owners, operators, architects, contractors, and engineers.
• Proven ability to train and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Strong business acumen and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to a growing sales team focused on new customer acquisition and market penetration.
• Lead training, coaching, and development of sales teams to enhance effectiveness.
• Drive employee engagement, planning, and retention across the region.
• Lead and develop Controls and Digital Portfolio with AI pre-sales resources.
• Develop regional growth strategies for controls, BAS, and digital solutions using lean principles.
• Oversee pipeline, opportunity management, and sales discipline across the region.
• Link controls products, BAS, and connected solutions to customer strategies.
• Partner with operations to ensure delivery aligns with customer expectations.
