Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Regional Controls and Digital Sales Leader to set strategic direction for the Texas Gulf Coast Region’s controls, BAS, and AI-enabled digital offerings. Reporting to regional leadership, you will drive growth, align commercial strategy, and deliver superior customer outcomes across 13 locations with a focus on profitable expansion.

You will partner with area sales teams and operations to scale opportunities, manage pipeline, and ensure strong execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years proven sales leadership in controls/building automation/digital solutions.
• Strong experience engaging with building owners, operators, architects, contractors.
• Proven track record training, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to a growing sales team focused on new customer acquisition and expansion.
• Lead training, coaching, and development of sales teams to strengthen commercial capability.
• Drive employee engagement, organizational planning, talent development, and retention across the sales organization.
• Lead and develop Controls and Digital Portfolio with AI pre-sales resources to strengthen customer engagement.
• Develop regional growth strategies for controls, building automation services, and digital AI solutions.
• Serve as regional leader for pipeline rigor and opportunity management across controls and connected offerings.
