Job summary

The Controller at OX Group leads the North American accounting and financial reporting function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls. You will partner with executives to provide insights that drive performance and strategic decisions.

Based in Henrietta, NY, this role operates in-office five days a week, oversees GAAP/IFRS reporting, audits, budgeting, and tax compliance, and mentors the accounting team to achieve high standards of accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS (monthly/quarterly/annual).
• Communicate financial results to leadership, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain internal controls; ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
• Coordinate audits with external/internal teams and address findings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to executive leadership, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams to create accurate budgets and forecasts.
