• Proficiency with accounting software (NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
• Understanding of acceptable accounting principles and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting activity to ensure quality and timely duties.
• Meet weekly with team to ensure accountability.
• Oversee cash flow by managing AR/AP processed timely and accurately.
• Prepare and update cash flow report for the next 13 weeks and forecast.
• Process credit applications and perform credit checks on new customers.
• Manage bank reconciliations and monthly/year-end closings.
• Prepare budget vs actual reports and discuss deviations with managers.
• Assist with audits and tax prep and manage fixed assets.
