Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is a Quanta Services, Inc. company. This Regional Contracts Administrator position supports processing and tracking of customer contracts and subcontracts across one of QISG’s regional divisions, based in Columbus, OH or Tulsa, OK.

You will work with project management, procurement, legal, and operations to ensure agreements move smoothly through review and execution, in line with master agreements and internal policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in contracts administration, procurement, paralegal support, or a related commercial role.
• Proficiency with DocuSign and Microsoft Word track changes for redline preparation and management.
• Experience with standard commercial contract provisions and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all areas of contract management as directed.
• Draft, review, amend and track customer contracts and subcontracts to align with master agreements, scope, pricing, terms, and delegation of authority.
• Draft notices and negotiate and draft change orders.
• Administer DocuSign end-to-end, routing, and filing fully executed documents.
• Support project management and legal teams to ensure risk mitigation and contract compliance.
• Assist with delay/cost settlement negotiations and populate contract templates.
• Review certificates of insurance and lien waivers; assist with invoicing when needed.
• Track lessons learned and contribute to trackers for contract management.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
