Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) within Quanta Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Contracts Administrator to support contract and subcontract workflows from draft through completion across one regional division.

Based in Columbus, OH or Tulsa, OK, you will coordinate redlines, DocuSign execution, and record-keeping while partnering with project management, procurement, legal and operations to ensure compliant, timely contract processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• 2 years of contracts administration, procurement, paralegal support, or a related commercial role.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial contract provisions, including indemnity, insurance, warranty, payment terms, and change order mechanics.
• Proficiency with DocuSign and Microsoft Word track changes for redline preparation and management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, construction management, paralegal studies, or related field.
• 3+ years of contracts administration or procurement experience supporting infrastructure, EPC, or self-perform environments.
• Experience with utility, transmission and distribution, or large infrastructure purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted contract review platforms (e.g., Ironclad, LinkSquares, Spellbook, or similar).
• Exposure to ERP and procurement systems such as Oracle, SAP, or JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all areas of contract management as directed.
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, amending and tracking customer contracts and subcontracts, ensuring alignment with master agreements, approved scope, pricing, terms and conditions, and delegation of authority.
• Draft notices and negotiate and draft change orders.
• Administer DocuSign execution end-to-end, including envelopes and routing per signature authority matrix.
• Collaborate with project management and legal to ensure adherence to risk mitigation and contractual requirements.
• Assist with negotiating delay and/or cost settlement agreements.
• Populate contract templates with project and third-party information and distribute for review.
• Review and verify insurance certificates and lien waivers; assist with invoicing as needed.
• Track lessons learned and develop trackers for contract management.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
