Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services company, seeks a Regional Contracts Administrator to support contract processing and tracking across one regional division, based in Columbus, OH or Tulsa, OK. You’ll work with project management, procurement, legal and operations to ensure timely review and execution in accordance with master agreements and commercial standards.

You will draft, review and file contracts, manage DocuSign workflows, and help with change orders,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in contracts administration, procurement, paralegal support, or related commercial role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all areas of contract management as directed.
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, amending and tracking customer contracts and subcontracts, ensuring alignment with master agreements, scope, pricing, terms, and authority.
• Draft notices and negotiate and draft change orders.
• Administer DocuSign execution end-to-end, including envelopes, routing, status, and filing executed documents.
• Assist project management and legal to ensure risk mitigation and contractual requirements.
• Assist with negotiating delay and/or cost settlement agreements.
• Populate contract templates with project and third-party information and distribute for review.
• Review and verify insurance certificates, lien waivers, and assist with invoicing.
• Track lessons learned and develop trackers for contract management.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
