Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Projects Contracts Manager to support contracting workflows for EPC and other complex infrastructure projects from proposal through execution. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of contracts experience.

This position collaborates with legal, risk, and project teams to draft, review, and track contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance, timely milestones, and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; related work experience may be substituted.
• 5+ years of contracts experience in construction/services required.
• Experience with EPC projects and government/public works contracting a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Procore, Litera, JDE or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Work with field and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Guide contractual requirements and impacts on project operations.
• Serve as primary contact for subcontract needs and contract templates.
• Review contracts for risk mitigation and ensure timely milestones.
• Maintain a contract database with key terms, deadlines and obligations.
• Coordinate contract-related meetings and distribute to stakeholders.
• Track licenses, permits, and compliance documents throughout execution.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, and treasury on disputes and bonding.
