Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) in Scottsdale seeks a Projects Contracts Manager to oversee contracts and subcontracts for large EPC and infrastructure projects. You will support proposal through project execution, coordinating with legal and project teams to ensure timely, compliant contract handling.

Role requires 5+ years of contracts experience in construction/services, EPC project exposure, and strong proficiency in MS Office, Procore, and contract tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; related work experience may be substituted.
• 5+ years of contracts experience in construction/services; EPC exposure preferred.
• Experience with government/public works contracting is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore, Litera, JDE and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field/project management to ensure successful project delivery.
• Guide contractual requirements and impacts on project operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontract needs.
• Assist with contract templates and distribute for review.
• Review contracts/subcontracts for risk mitigation and compliance.
• Maintain contract database with deadlines and obligations.
• Coordinate contract meetings and action items with the legal team.
• Support bonding, letters of credit, and performance securities matters.
• Track licenses, permits and insurance documentation throughout execution.
• Identify and document lessons learned for contract management.
• Assist with dispute resolution and cost settlement negotiations.
