Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking a Contracts Manager onsite in Birmingham, AL to lead end-to-end contract workflows for a flagship data center project in Indiana and future high-profile ventures.

You will draft, review, negotiate, and track customer contracts and subcontracts, coordinate with Legal, Field teams and Operations, and ensure timely execution across projects while maintaining rigorous documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of contracts experience in construction/services.
• EPC project experience required; gas/energy sector preference.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and track customer contracts and subcontracts.
• Lead RFQ preparation for subcontracted work and vet potential subcontractors.
• Collaborate with field teams, Legal, and Operations for contractual alignment.
• Maintain contract documentation, deadlines, obligations, templates, and lessons learned.
• Schedule contract-related meetings and track action items.
• Support invoicing and special projects as needed.
