Meta is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to lead a global Quality Program focused on people, processes, and accountability. You will drive vendor audits, establish metrics, and mentor on-site and off-site teams across multiple data center campuses to ensure day-one readiness, reliable delivery, and high-quality construction outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Improvement, or Mission Critical Engineering/Construction/Operations.
• Experience liaising cross-functionally and presenting to leadership.
• Proven ability to energize short-term and maintain long-term relationships.
• Experience applying RCA, SPC, and quality tools (8D, FMEA, fishbone) to fix quality issues.
• Bachelor's in engineering or construction management or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, programs, suppliers, or internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Conduct vendor audits and evaluate on-site trends to drive improvement and gating that reduces shipping risks.
• Develop and monitor quality program metrics and analyze trends to drive corrective actions.
• Mentor off-site vendor teams and align with regional managers and contractor partners.
• Manage systemic vendor RCAs and site escalation mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with BMS, data center engineering, and facility operations to standardize processes.
• Provide leadership to MOFE and interface with sourcing, design, and construction leadership.
• Guide OFCI Management and Quality program with vendor and contractor staff.
• Onboard and train vendor personnel on quality procedures and responsibilities.
• Coordinate quality issues and schedules across design, infra, supply chain, construction, and operations teams.
• Audit quality activities and verify conformance to manufacturing expectations.
• Recommend corrective actions for non-conformances in coordination with partners.
• Review energization, start-up and commissioning schedules to reduce issues.
• Drive closure of open issues and timely resolution of items.
• Ensure testing documentation is completed and retained per milestones.
• Attend weekly project and global quality meetings and start-up/commissioning meetings.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed (50–60%).
