Job summary

Qnity Electronics, Inc. seeks a Regional Contract Manufacturing Excellence Lead to set and sustain global contract manufacturing standards. You will own standards across the lifecycle, drive make-vs-buy analyses, and manage KPI frameworks while coordinating with Legal, EHS, Quality, and Procurement.

The role emphasizes governance, training, and regional SME leadership, supporting enterprise decisions and partner transitions. Travel and regional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 6+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, contract manufacturing, or supplier quality.
• 3+ years of project or program management experience; 2+ years of EHS or supplier quality auditing preferred.
• Experience with semiconductor or comparable change-control protocols, management of change, technology transfer, and new product introduction preferred.
• Strong data and analytical capabilities; Power BI and SAP experience preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred; ISO 9001 auditing preferred.
• Fluency in English; another regional language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own, develop, and maintain assigned standards within the Contract Manufacturing Standard Process Guide, including forms, templates, checklists, and evidence requirements, emphasizing continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain expertise across the eight domains of the contract manufacturing lifecycle: strategy, qualification, relationship management, performance, change, compliance, information stewardship, and exit.
• Maintain partner risk and equipment assessment methodologies, including HR, confidential information, supply continuity, cybersecurity, and financial health.
• Collaborate with Legal, Corporate EHS, and Procurement to ensure templates, EHS standards, and contracting remain aligned with standards.
• Manage version control, communication, and training for standards and revisions.
• Conduct due-date and evidence audits; escalate gaps to the business owner.
• Periodically audit contract manufacturing processes and share findings with Quality, EHS, Regulatory, ESG, and IT.
• Lead make-vs-buy analyses and support tools; coach teams on applications for enterprise decisions.
