Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking a Regional Contract Lead for our Tampa, Florida office. This role is not remote and focuses on coordinating contract review activities, negotiating complex terms, and resolving issues for public and private sector clients.

You will partner with project teams and General Counsel across offices to ensure timely, high-quality contract reviews, with accountability for processes and resource alignment. AEC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a related role.
• Experience reviewing and resolving contracts; AEC industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Urgent, self-initiated approach to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented team player who contributes to a positive work environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of AEC private and public sector contracts (Desired).
• Prior experience in the AEC industry (Desired).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract reviewers and manage contract flow.
• Review, negotiate, and resolve contracts for public and private clients.
• Collaborate with professional staff across offices to address contracting needs.
• Organize contract activities for high-quality reviews and clear guidance to project managers.
• Coordinate with General Counsel on issues and overall review quality.
