Qualifications

• 3+ years experience reviewing and resolving contracts.
• Experience in AEC contracts preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract reviewers and manage contract flow.
• Review, negotiate, and resolve contracts for public/private clients.
• Collaborate across offices to address contracting needs.
• Organize activities to ensure high-quality reviews and clear guidance.
• Coordinate with General Counsel on issues and review quality.
