Kimley-Horn is seeking a Regional Contract Lead in Cumming, GA to coordinate contract reviews and lead contract activities across offices. This on-site role requires strong communication and a proactive approach to resolve complex issues for public and private sector clients.

The candidate will negotiate, review, and improve contracts while working with General Counsel to ensure high-quality outcomes and timely guidance for project managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in contract review/leadership.
• AEC contracts knowledge preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and urgency to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented team player capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract reviewers, manage flow, provide training, and resolve complex issues.
• Review, negotiate, and resolve contracts for public and private sector clients.
• Collaborate with staff across offices to address contracting needs.
• Organize contract activities to ensure high-quality reviews and clear guidance.
• Coordinate with General Counsel on issues and review quality.
